This website
If you browse the site, we may use analytics (pages viewed, device, and similar technical data) to run and improve it. If you send a form or book a call, we use the details you give us to reply and, if it is a fit, talk about the Service. Book a call is a conversation with us about buying. It is not a clinic diary.
If you become a client
We process lead, call, SMS and booking data to run the receptionist and Front desk for your business. You stay responsible for the clinical and legal decisions of your practice, and for any list you ask us to text.
Who processes data for us
Stripe, Telnyx, Vapi, n8n, Airtable, Cal.com, and Framer. We do not sell personal data.
Texts
STOP works on SMS. We send marketing or revival texts on an old list only where you confirm a lawful basis. Transactional texts — enquiry replies, missed-call text-back, and booking confirmations you asked for — are part of the Service.
Your rights
